Cleanup Operations Underway
Removal of debris has officially begun at the Albufeira Campsite, following the destructive tornado that struck on Saturday, devastating the area and claiming the life of an 85-year-old British woman. The minor injuries sustained have already been discharged from the hospital.

For the removal of debris, which is currently cordoned off with tape, the campsite has hired a private company. Several workers are already on-site to start the operations, supported by heavy vehicles, including a backhoe loader.
