Algarve Evolution Launches STARTUP SCALE JOURNEY to Showcase Regional Innovation

Algarve Evolution has introduced the STARTUP SCALE JOURNEY, a new series of events designed to highlight the most promising startups in the region as they scale from the Algarve to the global stage.

Each session opens the doors to a startup based in the area, featuring visits to their offices or laboratories and a roundtable discussion. This provides participants, media, and partners with an exclusive insight into their history, achievements, and future goals. The initiative aims to amplify the growing innovative dynamism of the Algarve and give visibility to founders and their teams for the excellent work they are doing.

The inaugural edition includes participation from expressTEC, a pioneering biotechnology startup that is developing the first RNA-based test to identify the most effective treatments for each patient.

"With STARTUP SCALE JOURNEY, our goal is to give visibility to the talent and ambition growing in the Algarve, and to connect startups with the partners and provide the notoriety they need to scale," said António Guerreiro, Director of Algarve Evolution. "This initiative demonstrates that the Algarve is not just a place of quality of life, but also a serious hub of innovation and entrepreneurship."
