Lisbon Insiders Awards 2025 Unveils Top Culinary Talents
The Lisbon Insiders, a guide that has grown a community of 100,000 users across its digital and print platforms, recently announced the 12 winners of the Lisbon Insiders Awards 2025 during a gala event held at LX Factory on March 31. This event brought together over 500 guests from the culinary community to celebrate the best in Portuguese gastronomy.

- Drink, Stir, Savor: Fúria
- Outstanding Wine Bars: Uva Livre
- Sustainable Cooking: Prado Restaurante
- Neo Bistros and Tascas: Tasca Baldracca
- Crush of the Year: Tasca Pete
- Lisbon Outsiders: Tua Madre (Évora)
- Food Worth Crying For: Lupita
- Perfect for Sharing: Ofício
- Favorite Hotel Restaurants Among Foodies: Rocco
- Contemporary Cuisine: 100 maneiras
Each winner was selected through a democratic process involving 40 experts from the gastronomy and hospitality sectors, including chefs, sommeliers, and writers. After a public vote where over 4,000 people participated, the winners were determined with a 50/50 split between public votes and expert opinions.
Event Highlights
During the ceremony, a special buffet menu was served, crafted by the six winners from previous editions. The event featured a DJ set by Anya from Javybz and was presented by Joana Duarte from Kitchenette.
The Lisbon Insiders was founded in 2021 by Stéphanie Pons Picard, a Franco-Venezuelan with over 15 years of experience in hospitality across France, Spain, and Australia. What began as a digital curation of her favorite restaurants has evolved into a multiplatform experience that includes a website, a print magazine highlighting must-visit culinary destinations in Lisbon, and a weekly newsletter to keep readers updated on the latest in food and lifestyle. Recently, Lisbon Insiders launched its series of Digital Maps.
