Disturbing Incident Leads to Arrest
On Tuesday, the PSP (Portuguese Public Security Police) arrested a woman suspected of physically abusing a child during bath time in Marinha Grande. The incident, which took place around 1:30 PM, involved the woman allegedly striking the child for soiling their clothes with feces.
The arrest was made outside of flagrante delicto (in the act), highlighting the seriousness of the situation. According to Commissioner Fábio Camelo, the details of the incident have raised significant concern among local authorities and the community.
