Avenue is moving forward with the second phase of its largest residential project in Lisbon, NoLiPa, located in Campo Grande. This new phase introduces 70 more apartments across the Plátano and Acácia buildings, featuring layouts from T0 to T4 with areas ranging from 47 m² to 147 m². Each apartment includes a balcony, blending indoor and outdoor living spaces seamlessly.
Pricing varies by type, size, and location: T0 apartments are priced between €347K and €354K, T1 from €438K to €504K, T2 between €605K and €849K, T3 from €692K to €1M, and T4 units range from €851K to €1.044M.
NoLiPa, short for North Lisbon Park, represents a €275M investment and will comprise 465 apartments spread across seven buildings. Situated in one of Lisbon's most central and well-served areas, the project emphasizes residential use.
Following the success of the first phase, which saw half of the Freixo and Tília buildings' apartments sold, Avenue is doubling down with this new offering. Porta da Frente joins Dils, JLL, and Remax Collection as co-exclusive sales consultants.
T3 apartments make up over 30% of the new offerings, appealing to families seeking quality housing near schools, public transport, and services. Aniceto Viegas, CEO of Avenue, notes, 90% of buyers are Portuguese, highlighting strong domestic demand for well-located, quality homes.
The sales office at Alameda das Linhas de Torres, nº 20, is open daily from 9 AM to 7 PM, offering detailed insights into the project, materials, and finishes.
Designed by Risco, NoLiPa features functional interiors, large windows for natural light, and views of the development's gardens. Pedestrian areas will be adorned with sculptures by Rui Matos.
Strategically located between Jardim do Campo Grande and Parque da Quinta das Conchas e dos Lilases, NoLiPa offers direct access to the 2ª Circular and Eixo Norte-Sul, alongside proximity to public transport, schools, hospitals, gyms, and shops, blending city life with nature's tranquility.
