Tedy, the emotional support dog of a 12-year-old Brazilian child with autism, is set to reunite with his owner after being denied boarding on two separate occasions by TAP Air Portugal. The national airline has now proposed a solution, allowing Tedy to fly to Lisbon "within days", accompanied by his trainer.
