Neil Patrick Harris Visits Lisbon for the First Time
The acclaimed actor Neil Patrick Harris, best known for his role as Barney Stinson in How I Met Your Mother, took a delightful stroll through Lisbon recently. This was the first visit to the beautiful Portuguese capital for Harris and his husband, David Burtka. The couple stayed in the picturesque Bairro Alto district, where they were captivated by the city's charm.
On Sunday, Harris shared a stunning photo with Burtka on Instagram, expressing his admiration for the city:
"First trip to Lisbon, can't wait to return. A beautiful city, full of beautiful people. So much passion, so many tiles."
The couple praised the aesthetic beauty of Lisbon, including its iconic Portuguese tiles and the warmth of its residents. Harris, aged 51, is also noted for hosting the 87th Academy Awards in 2015 and has been a host for various prestigious events like the Tony Awards and International Emmy Awards.
