Truck Overturns on A5 Near Alcabideche
A 58-year-old man was injured following the overturning of a heavy goods vehicle transporting inert materials at kilometer 21.8 of the A5 highway, near Alcabideche, in the direction from Cascais to Lisbon, according to a source from the CDOS of Lisbon.
The injured person received on-site medical assistance.
The alert was issued at 3:28 PM, and the road was closed for approximately three hours.
At the scene, there were eight vehicles and 20 operational personnel from the Estoril, Alcabideche, and Parede Fire Departments, as well as the GNR and Brisa.
