Night Out Turns into Nightmare for 17-Year-Old Girl
A night of fun with friends ended in the worst possible way for a 17-year-old girl. She was dragged by a nightclub security guard to a hotel, where she was sexually assaulted.
The incident occurred during an August night, and according to the Judiciary Police, the 36-year-old suspect took advantage of the fact that the victim had consumed alcoholic beverages. At that time, the security guard "made his vehicle available for her to recover from the state of incapacity she was in." However, "taking advantage of the victim's state of unconsciousness, he drove her to a hotel establishment where he proceeded to commit the sexual abuse."
The young woman reported the crime she had been a victim of to the PSP, which activated the PJ. "The investigative steps carried out allowed the collection of unequivocal evidence of the crime's authorship by the suspect," the PJ stated in a press release.
The man, with a police record for similar crimes, will be presented for his first judicial interrogation for the application of coercive measures.
