Gleba, a new bakery, has opened its doors in Lisbon's Parque das NaçÔes, presenting a vision of the future with its minimalist design. This innovative space aims to transform how customers interact with the brand's products.
The architecture is meticulously designed to create a clean, distraction-free environment, allowing customers to explore each Gleba product freely. The bakery emphasizes a horizontal display of items, eliminating any hierarchy among products, showcasing that every item is essential to the brand's commitment to quality and convenience.
At the center of the store, a long table serves as both a display and a tasting station. Each item is paired with an informative card detailing its production and development process. The display area for breads and pastries resembles a museum exhibit, allowing customers to closely examine each product, from Barbela to Brioche, Cookie to Canelé, and Pão de Queijo to Focaccias.
Diogo Amorim, founder of Gleba, expressed the brand's commitment to innovation, stating, "We have a commitment to the past but, above all, to the future. This store is proof of that.
