From September 11 to 14, Lisbon becomes the stage for a journey into Brazilian culture and gastronomy (and more) with BOW, an event that turns Pátio da Galé in Praça do Comércio into a center of experiences. With free admission, the program mixes flavors, culture, and knowledge, aiming to strengthen Lisbon as a meeting point between Brazil and Europe, historically linked and now connected through innovation and entrepreneurship.
Gastronomy Takes Center Stage
The culinary program is a highlight, featuring renowned Brazilian chefs presenting traditional recipes and innovating in public showcooking sessions:
- Ricardo Mourão with Bobó de Camarão and Polvo with Crocante de Mandioca
- Anderson Sousa with Pato no Tucupi
- Lorrayne Barros with Nhoque de Banana-da-terra and Moqueca de Camarão
Other chefs like Carol Brito and Mónica Morais will also participate, offering creative interpretations of Brazilian cuisine. Additionally, the Feira de Produtos Origem Brasil promotes tastings and showcases exclusive ingredients, serving as a networking space for gastronomy professionals and importers.

Art and Cultural Exchange
Beyond food, BOW includes exhibitions like "Retratos Sonoros" by Daryan Dornelles and "Olhares da Amazónia" by Edina Costa, who will perform live painting. This aims to provide an artistic experience beyond contemplation, fostering direct interaction with artists.
