Health Recommendations
Due to the ongoing heatwave, the Directorate-General for Health (DGS) has issued health risk warnings, advising:
- Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
- Avoid alcoholic beverages.
- Seek cool or air-conditioned environments for at least two to three hours daily.
- Avoid direct sun exposure, especially between 11 AM and 5 PM.

- Wear light-colored, loose-fitting clothing, hats, and sunglasses with UV protection.
Special Attention Needed
Special care is advised for vulnerable groups, including children, the elderly, chronic patients, pregnant women, and outdoor workers. Infants under six months should avoid direct or indirect sun exposure.

There's a chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms inland, particularly in the North and Central regions during the afternoon. Morning fog is expected in some western coastal areas, with temperatures beginning to decrease.
