Antrix, a new international real estate developer, has officially entered the Portuguese market with a growing portfolio and a focus on innovative and sustainable solutions in residential, tourist, and leisure sectors. The company emphasizes architectural integrity, long-term vision, and integration into local communities, positioning itself as a new key player in Portugal's real estate scene.
While operating independently, Antrix benefits from the experience and track record of Carvoeiro Branco, a well-known developer with a strong presence in the Algarve. The new company aims to expand its operations beyond the Algarve, focusing on Lisbon, Setúbal, and Montijo, as well as southwestern Spain.
Among its ongoing projects, the redevelopment of the old BelaOlhão factory stands out. Located near the marina and waterfront of Olhão, this project involves an estimated investment of 300 million euros, including the construction of around 500 apartments and a luxury hotel. This initiative represents a significant transformation of a key area in the Algarve.

Antrix was co-founded by Dutch entrepreneur Erik de Vlieger, also CEO of Carvoeiro Branco, in partnership with a group of international investors. De Vlieger brings extensive experience in real estate development and urban regeneration, both in Portugal and other European markets.
