Applause and Hugs at JPP Headquarters with Victory in Santa Cruz
At 9:10 PM, the campaign headquarters of Juntos pelo Povo (JPP) at the Vila Galé hotel erupted in applause and hugs as the victory in the parish of Santa Cruz was confirmed. The atmosphere became one of contained euphoria among some militants, with supporters celebrating another positive result in the municipality.
With the parishes of Gaula, Camacha, Santo António da Serra, and now Santa Cruz already secured, only the results from Caniço are pending to define the final outcome of the elections in the municipality of Santa Cruz.
