In a significant update to Portugal's healthcare services, the government announced that medical appointments can now be scheduled through the SNS 24 platform. This change was revealed during a ceremony at the Pavilhão de Portugal in Lisbon, marking the eighth anniversary of the SNS 24 service.
The SNS 24, Portugal's national health service hotline, has been a cornerstone in providing medical advice and guidance. With this new feature, patients can directly book their consultations, streamlining the process and reducing wait times.
