Maritime Agitation Continues in Madeira
The SANAS Madeira has issued a warning that the red flags, which have been proliferating around the island in recent days due to maritime agitation, are expected to continue into September.
In a social media post, SANAS stated that despite an improvement expected by Sunday, the reality is that September is likely to see a recurrence of these conditions.
Given that the rough seas can lead to improper behavior by the public, SANAS mentioned that their teams are reinforcing prevention efforts in the most challenging areas, whether by vehicle or boat.
