Construction of the Vale do Lobo Residences kicked off in June 2025, marking a significant milestone for this exclusive collection of 44 units. This project is the first of four phases in a real estate development plan set to unfold over the next six years, promising to extend the legacy of Vale do Lobo and invite a new generation to create memories in this Algarve landmark.
A strong interest in the resort's housing offer is evident, with 40% of the units already reserved during the blueprint phase. The Vale do Lobo Residences, featuring apartments, townhouses, and semi-detached villas, signify the resort's return to direct promotion of new residential units after two decades without ground-up construction.
Alda Filipe, Partner at Kronos Homes and Administrator at Vale do Lobo, expressed excitement about the project, highlighting its appeal to discerning buyers and investors. The residences are designed to blend Vale do Lobo's prestige with sustainable construction standards, aiming for BREEAM certification.
The development boasts two communal pools and landscaped gardens, nestled in the natural surroundings of Vale Real. The semi-detached villas come in T2, T3, and T4 typologies, while the townhouses feature private pools.
Residents will enjoy direct access to Vale do Lobo's premium amenities, including two renowned 18-hole golf courses, a spa, tennis and padel courts, a panoramic pool, a new fitness center, boutiques, and over a dozen restaurants and bars.
A strategic modernization program has been underway at the resort, with recent upgrades including a renovated Tennis Academy, a new fitness center, and refurbished golf courses. The culinary scene has also expanded, with six new dining venues opening in the last two years.
Kronos Homes plans to develop 227 new residential units in Vale Real over the next six years, representing a total investment of 200 million euros. The Vale do Lobo Residences are available for purchase off-plan, with competitive payment terms.
