Lisbon is set to transform into a stage for enchantment this August as the 13th edition of the Lisbon International Street Magic Festival, also known as Lisboa Mágica, takes over the city from the 19th to the 24th. Under the artistic direction of Luís de Matos, 15 international artists will perform 175 free open-air shows across 12 iconic locations in Lisbon.
A Festival of Free Magic Across the City
The festival will light up various spots including Alameda dos Oceanos, Arco da Rua Augusta, Jardim da Estrela, and Praça Luís de Camões, among others. This year's lineup features Francisco Mousinho, the sole Portuguese artist, alongside talents from Italy, Spain, England, Russia, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Canada, and South Korea, including the renowned The Charming Jay.
