The Colina das Artes event is set to transform Lisbon once again into a vibrant scene of cultural freedom and creativity, featuring music, art, and exhibitions from September 11 to 20. This year marks the 4th edition of the festival, which will illuminate the neighborhoods of Graça and São Vicente with free-entry concerts, exhibitions, and family-friendly activities.
