Unusual Incident in Lisbon's Ameixoeira Area

A 32-year-old man traveled to the Ameixoeira zone in Lisbon intending to purchase drugs, but the situation took a dramatic turn when he was robbed by the dealers and subsequently detained by the PSP (Public Security Police). This strange event unfolded around 00:40 on Tuesday morning after the PSP received a report of an ongoing robbery.

Police Intercept Suspects and Recover Stolen Property

Two suspects fleeing the scene were intercepted by officers, who discovered they were in possession of a mobile phone that did not belong to them. The robbery victim joined the police and confirmed the device was his, leading to the arrest of the two thieves, aged 32 and 29.

Investigation Reveals Drug Transaction Gone Wrong

Further inquiries revealed that the suspects had lured the victim to an isolated location to settle accounts related to a drug deal. Upon learning this, the police conducted a search of the victim and found him in possession of 43 doses of ecstasy. As a result, he was arrested on charges of drug trafficking.

Legal Outcomes for Those Involved
