Cristiano Ronaldo expressed his immense pride as his eldest son, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr, made his debut for the Portugal Under-15s team. The young talent stepped onto the field in the 54th minute during a commanding 4-1 victory against Japan at a tournament in Croatia this Tuesday.

Watching from the sidelines was his grandmother, Dolores Aveiro, Ronaldo Sr's mother, adding a family touch to this significant milestone. Reports also highlighted the presence of scouts from Manchester United, among other top European clubs, signaling early interest in Ronaldo Jr's burgeoning career.

On Instagram, the five-time Ballon d'Or winner shared his joy, posting, "Congratulations on your debut for Portugal, son. Very proud of you."

Rafael Cabral stole the show with a hat-trick for Portugal before Ronaldo Jr made his appearance. Ronaldo Sr, at 40, holds the record for the most goals in men's football for Portugal, with 136 to his name. His leadership was instrumental in Portugal's Euro 2016 and Nations League 2019 victories.

Currently, Ronaldo Jr is with Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia, where his father has been playing since 2022. The Ronaldo family includes four other children: twins Eva and Mateo, Alana Martina, and Bella.

The Portugal U15s are participating in the Vlatko Markovic tournament, with upcoming matches against Greece and England.
