Hundreds of Trás-os-Montes wines are set to make their mark in the capital this Saturday, July 5th, at the Time Out Market Lisboa – Estúdio Time Out, for another edition of Trás-os-Montes em Prova.
This wine event invites all wine enthusiasts, industry professionals, and the general public to discover over 120 exclusive references produced in the Trás-os-Montes region.
In this 2nd edition in Lisbon, 23 producers from Trás-os-Montes will gather, featuring two exclusive masterclasses. The first, titled “Trás-os-Montes Wine Meets Local Products”, led by journalist Edgardo Pacheco, is already sold out. The second masterclass, starting at 4:30 PM, will be conducted by wine critic Valéria Zeferino, exploring “Elegance and Character – The DNA of Wines Beyond the Mountains”, with some spots still available.
Although free, online registration is mandatory due to limited capacity and can be done here. Participants just need an event ticket.
Beyond wine tastings, visitors can also enjoy a showcase of regional products presented by CIM Terras de Trás-os-Montes, the event's partner, throughout the day.
Ana Alves, president of CVRTM, highlights that “this initiative is perfect for those looking to explore Trás-os-Montes wines in an informal and relaxed setting, showcasing the region's potential, quality, and diversity.”
Featured producers include Bago de Ouro, Casa do Joa, Casa José Pedro, Cizeron Wines, De Sousa, Encostas de Sonim, Flandório, Maria Gins, Mont’alegre Vinhos, Ninho da Pita, Palmeirim D’Inglaterra, and Parapente, among others.
