Rallye Casinos do Algarve: An Exciting Event Awaits!
From March 27 to 29, the stunning Algarve region will host the Rallye Casinos do Algarve, marking the second round of the 2025 Portuguese Rally Championship. This thrilling event will take place in the municipalities of Lagoa, Lagos, Portimão, and Silves, continuing the tradition of the past seasons.
Key Details of the Rally
The rally is a significant event, contributing points to various competitions, including the Championship of Portugal of Ralis (CPR), CPR2RM, Masters, Junior, Promo, Taça de Portugal de Clássicos, Campeonato Sul de Ralis, and the Peugeot Rally Cup Portugal. Notably, it also includes participants from the PAST Rally3 Trophy Iberia.
The operational center for the rally will be at the Hotel Algarve Casino in Praia da Rocha, with the Fatacil venue hosting the Service Park and a Fun Park offering go-karting experiences and activities for local families.
Schedule of Events
- March 27: The activities kick off with administrative and technical checks.
- March 28: From 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, a Shakedown will take place in Silves, allowing competitors to make final adjustments before the race begins.
- The rally will officially start at 3:15 PM in Lagoa, with competitors heading to the special stages in Lagos and Barão de São João. Fans can meet the competitors during a re-grouping and autograph session at the Paços do Concelho in Lagos, followed by the City Stage starting at 9:00 PM.
- March 29: The rally continues in Silves, featuring three classification stages with double passes through Silves, Messines, and S. Marcos, along with a stop at the service park in Fatacil.
Spectators will have access to 10 designated viewing areas to enjoy the rally, including the exciting City Stages in both Lagos and Portimão.
