The circulation on the Red Line of the Lisbon Metro has been normalized after an unexpected interruption this Wednesday between Aeroporto and Bela Vista stations, as announced by the company on social media platform X.
By 11:00 PM, Metro de Lisboa confirmed that services had returned to normal. Earlier, at 10:25 PM, the company had reported the suspension of services on the Red Line between Aeroporto and Bela Vista stations due to reasons beyond the Metro's control.
The Lisbon Metro operates daily with four lines: Yellow (Rato-Odivelas), Green (Telheiras-Cais do Sodré), Blue (Reboleira-Santa Apolónia), and Red (Aeroporto-São Sebastião). Typically, the metro runs from 6:30 AM to 1:00 AM.
