A Culinary Revolution in Lisbon
Lisbon is gearing up to host a truly innovative gastronomic event. UMAMI isn't just vegetarian, vegan, or plant-based—it's all that and much more, with a strong focus on flavor and experience, free from any preconceptions.
Making Plant-Based Food Irresistible
UMAMI aims to make vegetable-based cuisine accessible and appealing to everyone, even the most devoted meat enthusiasts. The festival celebrates the plant world in an urban, bold, and attitude-filled way, turning trends into gastronomic experiences for all audiences.
Behind the Scenes: The Creative Forces
The event is born from a collaboration between two agencies from the cultural and gastronomic spheres: Amuse Bouche, known for projects like Foodtopia, Food Love Fest, and Arrebita Portugal, and New Sheet, which specializes in event production and artistic content, such as Revenge of the 90's and Noitada Portimão.
More Than Just a Meal
UMAMI challenges rules and prejudices and isn't just about eating well—it's also about celebrating conscious eating in an irreverent, creative, and straightforward manner. It's an inclusive, cool event designed for everyone.
Event Details
The festival will take place on October 4th and 5th at Jardim do Torel in Lisbon, with a cost of 25€ per person, of which 20€ is for consumption.
