Violent Clash at Campo Grande Metro Station
A 20-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted qualified homicide and possession of a prohibited weapon. The incident occurred in the early hours of October 13 last year near the Campo Grande Metro station in Lisbon, according to the Public Prosecutor's Office.
Gang-Related Assault
The young suspect, supported by two other individuals, identified the victim as a member of a rival youth gang. Despite being shot in the back, the victim managed to flee the initial attack. However, the three young men caught up with him and proceeded to assault him with punches and kicks. The victim was also stabbed during the violent confrontation.
Judicial Outcome
The suspect has been brought before a court and has been placed in preventive detention while the investigation continues.
