Supply Concentrated in Apartments
Another key trend highlighted by the Imovirtual analysis is that the supply is heavily focused on apartments, whether in areas like Ajuda, Beato, and Santa Clara or in Parque das Nações.
The Impact of New Construction
An important insight into Lisbon's real estate sector is the current weight of new construction in some expanding parishes. For instance, in Lumiar and Marvila, over 75% of the listings on Imovirtual are for new developments.
