A man in his 30s died following a collision between the vehicle he was driving and two urban garbage collection trucks on Berlin Avenue in Lisbon. The incident occurred in the early hours of Friday morning, and death was declared at the scene.

Emergency Response

The alert was issued at 2:40 AM to the Lisbon Firefighters Regiment. In response, 14 firefighters from Lisbon were dispatched, supported by three vehicles, along with units from the National Institute of Medical Emergency (INEM) and the Public Security Police (PSP), who took control of the situation.

Traffic was restricted while emergency operations were underway on the avenue but has since returned to normal.
