Aqua Portimão has just opened The Food Story, a vibrant food court spanning 5,593 m² with 35 unique establishments. This innovative space combines sustainability and well-being, reducing energy consumption by 25% while catering to a diverse audience.

The Food Story, designed by the renowned Broadway Malyan architecture firm, features various zones for families and children, ensuring everyone can enjoy their time. Visitors can indulge in a wide array of culinary options, from Korean BBQ at Seoul K to Mexican Grill at Baja Fresh, and even Argentinian empanadas at Las Muns. Specialty tea lovers will find a treat at Crazy Bubble, while Guden Açaí offers organic Brazilian açaí bowls.

João Velhinho, director of Aqua Portimão, highlights the mix of national and international brands, ensuring a rich dining experience. He emphasizes that this initiative is not just about food but also about creating a space that attracts visitors through its commitment to sustainability and innovative concepts.

Telmo Ferreira, Head of Klépierre Management Portugal, praises the strategic importance of Aqua Portimão, stating that the investment in The Food Story reaffirms their commitment to making it a premier destination for both customers and international brands. The project incorporates ecological elements, including solar panels, to promote a healthier environment.

Aqua Portimão, the largest shopping center in the Barlavento Algarve, offers a mix of 120 stores across three floors, including popular brands like Primark, H&M, and Massimo Dutti, along with various dining options and a hypermarket. With 1,800 free parking spaces, it remains easily accessible for all visitors.
