Three young individuals were arrested early Wednesday morning following a robbery in the Penha de França parish, Lisbon, with two of them placed in preventive detention, the PSP announced this Saturday.
The arrests took place at 00:15 on Wednesday when a PSP patrol in Penha de França became aware of a robbery involving physical force and coercion of the victim.
The suspects, aged between 18 and 20, were spotted and approached minutes later on Avenida Almirante Reis as they were preparing to flee in a TVDE vehicle.
The detained individuals had the victim's bank cards in their possession.
The youths were presented to the judicial authority, with two of them placed in preventive detention, the most severe coercion measure, and the other subjected to weekly presentations.
