Academia and Industry Unite for Water's Future

This collaboration brings together academia and the business sector to reflect on the future of water and share practices that ensure its sustainable management and preservation. The meeting will highlight two major challenges: water quality and the impacts of climate change.

Strengthening Scientific Leadership

This sharing moment reinforces the role of OMA as a scientific driver. Leveraging the knowledge of CCMAR researchers and in close connection with companies and society, it aims to build solutions to protect water resources and position Portugal as a benchmark in sustainability.

Building Towards the Algarve Sea Forum

Integrated into the 6 months – 6 events initiative, this gathering sets the stage for the Fórum Mar Algarve, scheduled for March 26, 2026. Among various themes, it will discuss joint strategies to ensure a future where water is a safe, preserved, and valued resource for all.

Mandatory registration is required and can be completed here.
