The National Union of Sapadores Firefighters (SNBS) has made it clear that they will not beg for meetings with the government. According to Vice-President Leonel Mateus, the union is prepared to engage if the government decides to reconvene discussions. "If the government resumes calling us, we will be there," he stated.
