Olivier's Newest Venture in the Algarve
Olivier da Costa, the acclaimed chef and entrepreneur, has opened yet another restaurant in the stunning Algarve region, located just a stone's throw from Praia dos Salgados. This new establishment, Guilty, follows the success of his previous venues, Yakuza, XXL, and ÀCosta.
The restaurant promises a vibrant menu featuring XL-sized pastas, pizzas, and burgers, all designed for sharing and enjoying with family and friends. According to the brand's announcement, the restaurant is situated in Salgados Vila das Lagoas, perfectly positioned between Albufeira and Armação de Pêra.

Guests can indulge in a variety of appetizers such as:
- Chicken Wings (€14 / €15 for spicy)
- Mexican Appeal Nachos (€15)
- Focaccia (€5)
- Octopus Carpaccio (€16)
For those preferring salads, options include:
- Tropical Salad (€22)
- Caesar with Chicken (€18)
- Burrata Caprese (€19)
- Chèvre Chaud (€20)
You can't miss the classic Guilty Mac & Cheese (€19) and a range of pasta dishes like Pomodoro (€20) and Carbonara (€18). The burger selection starts at €18 for a double cheese and goes up to €25 for the Defiant.

Pizza lovers can enjoy unique creations such as:
- Inferno (€21) – topped with tomato sauce, cheese mix, ventricina, and caramelized onion
- Courageous (€20) – featuring pepperoni and assorted peppers

For those with a sweet tooth, desserts include Naughty Nutella Pizza (€14) and Churros with Chocolate (€9). A new addition is the Indecent Delight, a mascarpone and honey pizza available for €12.
