Foreign National Arrested in Lisbon for Sexual Abuse of Minor Under 16

A 21-year-old man was detained in Lisbon by the Judicial Police (PJ) on Thursday, suspected of sexually abusing a minor under 16 years old. The suspect, a foreign national reported missing in his home country, has been placed in preventive custody following his first judicial interrogation.

The incident occurred after the adolescent was approached in a public space during a night out, where she consumed alcoholic beverages. The suspect took advantage of the situation to commit the sexual abuse.
