Lisbon has officially entered the Guinness World Records with an extraordinary culinary achievement: the longest lasagna line in the world. This remarkable event took place near the Lidl store in Belenenses, bringing together hundreds of participants and spectators.
A Historic Culinary Feat
The event, organized by Lidl Portugal, was part of the celebrations for the brand's 30th anniversary in the country. The lasagna line consisted of over 1,000 servings, totaling an impressive 350 kilograms of this beloved dish. Here's what went into making this record-breaking lasagna:
- 195 kg of Bolognese sauce
- 100 kg of béchamel sauce
- 25 kg of pasta
- 30 kg of grated cheese
