Volunteer Opportunity in Algarve
The Portuguese Association Against Childhood Obesity (APCOI) is seeking volunteers in the Algarve for Saturday, April 26, to assist with the "Heroes of Fruit" school project aimed at promoting healthy eating.
The event will take place in Armação de Pêra from 8 AM to 4 PM at the Junta de Freguesia de Armação de Pêra, near the market.
Throughout the day, volunteers will help the APCOI team assemble individual kits with goodies to be distributed free of charge to children from 25 participating schools in the project.
