The portal Pelos Caminhos, dedicated to promoting Portugal's 308 municipalities and valuing the country, with a special focus on its lesser-known localities, is organizing the «2025 Photography Contest - Pelos Caminhos».
This initiative is open to all Portugal enthusiasts, whether you're a professional photographer or just using your smartphone, regardless of your photography experience or the equipment you use. Even that special landscape photo you captured by chance is welcome!
Objective: We aim to capture and share images that reveal the richness, diversity, and authenticity of the less explored corners of our territory. Show the genuine Portugal, away from the usual tourist routes, through the eyes of those who live and feel it every day. Additionally, we want to promote each author and photographer, offering a platform to showcase their work and expand their reach.
How to participate: Participation is free and open to everyone. Registrations are open until July 29, 2025. The complete rules and photo submissions will be available on the initiative's official page: peloscaminhos.pt/concurso-de-fotografia-2025.
Voting will be conducted publicly through social media and directly on the peloscaminhos.pt website.
Prizes and recognition: The winner will receive a symbolic prize, social media exposure, and special highlight on the project's website. However, the greatest reward is the opportunity to showcase every corner of the country and contribute to the mission of revealing the best of Portugal.
