A Scenic and Historic Hike
With approximately six kilometers, this trail connects two of the most emblematic points in the Algarve: Sagres Fort and Cape St. Vincent, known as the 'end of the world' before maritime expansion. It takes about two to three hours to complete and is of moderate difficulty, primarily due to the strong winds characteristic of the area.
The path crosses imposing cliffs, low-lying vegetation typical of the Atlantic climate, and archaeological zones. The endpoint is the iconic lighthouse, surrounded by infinite views over the ocean. This is a historical and natural route, unmissable for anyone visiting Sagres.
