Details of the Attack

Ana Anes is suspected of violently attacking her father, José Manuel Anes, at the entrance of their family home in Lisbon. The assaults occurred shortly before 2 PM on Monday. Neighbors heard the screams and alerted the PSP, who arrived at the scene to find the 81-year-old former president of the Observatório de Segurança, Criminalidade Organizada e Terrorismo (OSCOT), "prostrate on the ground, covered in blood." The suspect had already fled by then. At that moment, agents were unable to determine her identification or whereabouts, "due to the victim's clinical condition."
