Blackstone is putting eight logistics assets in Greater Lisbon up for sale, with the consultancy CBRE leading the operation. The expected value is around €100 million.
This move comes at a time when demand for logistics spaces in Portugal has been steadily increasing, as reported by Bloomberg, citing sources close to the matter.
The assets were part of the "Connect" portfolio, which included 20 logistics properties in the Lisbon and Porto regions, acquired from Novo Banco in 2022 for approximately €208 million.
Sources indicate that several Portuguese and foreign investors have already shown interest in these properties.
Blackstone has been an active investor in Portugal's logistics sector since 2014, when it purchased five assets from Novo Banco. In 2022 alone, the firm invested over €330 million in two major deals: the "Connect" portfolio and another 15 assets acquired from M7 Real Estate.
